BAG CHECKS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON FESTIVAL SITE
Fans attending America's River Festival
may experience delays at the admission and entrance gates of the festival grounds.
Security workers at America's River Festival will be inspecting bags and will enforce
festival rules that prohibit particular items inside the gates.
Any bag is subject to search at anytime. In addition, the list of items not
allowed inside the gates is listed below.
Prohibited items are:
Back-packs and large bags (all bags are subject to search at any time)
Bottles
Alcoholic beverages
Coolers and thermoses
Outside food and drinks
Weapons of any kind

New Sponsor: Dubuque Fighting Saints Kid’s Zone
The Dubuque Fighting Saints are joining America’s River Festival to sponsor the kid’s area. Check out the Dubuque Fighting Saints Kid’s Zone to ride down a giant slide, find your way through an inflated obstacle course or pose crazy on a sticky wall. A zipline and eurobungy will also be available in this area for people of all ages to enjoy. The Dubuque Fighting Saints Kid’s Zone also features two animated movies in the Mindframe Theaters Movie Tent. Saturday afternoon Madagascar 3:Europe’s Most Wanted will be playing and Sunday will show The Lorax. Both movies are free and open to the public to come and enjoy. Admission is free for the event site Saturday from 12:00pm - 4:00pm and all day on Sunday.
